At New Brew, we aim to fulfil orders promptly and typically ship within two business days of receiving your order. We use UPS as our shipping carrier to ensure reliable delivery, with transit times varying by location. While delivery times can fluctuate, we strive to get New Brew to your door as quickly as possible.

Shipping Limitations We currently only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping. Additionally, due to state and county regulations, we do not ship to areas where kratom is banned. This includes the following states and counties:
